Investigation of the effect of Life kinetic exercise on performance in dart athletes

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of life kinetic exercises on performance in darts athletes. A total of 40 volunteer women, aged between 12 and 14, residing in Kilis city center and playing darts, participated in the study, 20 of which were in the experimental group and 20 in the control group. Life kinetic exercise was applied to the experimental group for 8 weeks along with dart training. In the control group, only dart training was applied. Deprem sonrası açık yeşil alan kullanım olanaklarının Kilis kentsel sit alanında irdelenmesi

Kentlerin temel çekirdeği konumundaki Kentsel Sit alanları, şehrin ana karakterini yansıtan özelliklere sahiptir. Yeşil alanlar ise, kentlerin estetik değerini arttırmanın yanısıra, yaşam kalitesine katkı sunmaktadır. Bu katkı kullanıcılar üzerinde olumlu yönlü ruhsal ve psikolojik desteği içermektedir. In this study, the effects of the ripening process and fruit powder addition on the physical, chemical, total phenolic content, antioxidant capacity, volatile compounds, and sensory properties of Kashar cheese were determined. Total phenol content, antioxidant capacity, volatile compounds, and fatty acid esters were determined by Folin Ciocalteu, DPPH, SPME, and GC-MS, GC-FID, respectively. Of the 27 fatty acids identified in cheeses, palmitic, oleic, myristic, and stearic acids were found to have the highest ratios, respectively. Proximate composition, color and nutritional profile of raw and cooked goose breast and leg meats were investigated. Water, pH, L* value, total saturated fatty acid (SFA), total polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), Ca, K, Mg, P and Zn contents of leg meat were higher than those of breast meat, while protein, fat, a* value, b* value, total monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA), Na and Fe contents of breast meat were higher than those of leg meat. pH of breast meat increased with cooking, whereas pH of leg meat decreased.
